DISPATCH
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during launches, weekends or public holidays may take longer.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Urban deliveries generally arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take approximately 2–5 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
TRACKING
A tracking link will be sent after the parcel has been packed and collected by the courier. Customers should allow time for the first tracking scan to appear.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact AFFLETE immediately if an address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Contact AFFLETE with your order number if tracking shows an unexpected delay, delivery issue or parcel damage. AFFLETE will work with the courier and meet its obligations under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
LARGE OR FUTURE PRODUCTS
Oversized products, including future duffel bags, may require a separate shipping rate because parcel size can affect courier pricing. Any different charge will be displayed before checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
AFFLETE is launching with New Zealand delivery. Australia and other international destinations may be added later, with duties and taxes payable according to the checkout terms.
