PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We aim to describe products, measurements, colours, availability and prices accurately. The live store must clearly state GST treatment and mandatory charges.

ORDERS

An order is an offer to purchase. AFFLETE may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, suspected fraud, obvious errors or delivery limitations. Any captured payment will be refunded.

LIMITED DROPS

Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Stock is secured only when checkout is completed.

DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates. AFFLETE will assist with lost, damaged or materially delayed orders.

RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

The change-of-mind policy is separate from rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

AFFLETE branding, imagery, video, writing and design may not be commercially copied without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
